I am an architect and visual artist, but for many years I have dedicated myself to the Visual Arts. I live and work in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I am interested in the creative process and have always been passionate about engaging in a journey of self-expression, while using the tools acquired in my evolution. I am fascinated with expression, composition, design, and the variety of methods that can be utilized to achieve a moment of communication with the visual and the emotional, and that allows us to transcend the artistic experience.
All my work revolves around the idea of man integrated with the vital flow of nature, where I cross the limits between the beautiful and the sublime, uncertainty and tranquility, between a powerful force and the fragility of existence, between the ephemeral and the permanent. Currently, I am working on a series of landscapes that deepen certain "climatic states" or atmospheres and that symbolize internal climates. This is who I am and what represents and defines me.
Background: I am a graduate of the School of Architecture, Design, and Urbanism of the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Parallel to my university studies, I honed my skills in the plastic arts studying with a number of teachers, specializing in different graphic techniques, participating in many workshops and seminars on color, photography, monocopy, graphic experimentation, artist's book, art-work clinic, art history, contemporary art, statement and lithography. I continue to grow day to day.
Teaching: From 1990 to the present, I have worked intensively in the field of teaching, primarily at the FADU - UBA and at ORT in the areas of Morphology and Drawing, and later reaching Painting and Expression for children, Drawing, Composition, and Experimental Pictorial Techniques for adults in my workshop in V. Ballester-- "The Workshop"--and as Guest Docent in the "Red Thread (HiloRojo) Art Space," Vicente López.
I also regularly conduct Seminars on the Human Form with Live Model.
Creativity, Artist's Book, Contemporary Art.
In 2013 I co-founded, together with other artists, the Visual Artists San Martín (AVSM).
Since 2000 I have taken active part in National and Provincial Galleries, receiving numerous prizes and distinctions.
